Customized Intrapreneurial Training
The training includes 8 days of interactive, team-based, experiential learning. Sessions include classroom instruction as well as out-of class responsibilities and interaction with entrepreneurs to challenge the boundaries of traditional thinking and processes.
Who should attend? All levels of management can benefit from this training to jump start work teams and innovate corporations.
What will you learn? Participants begin as a group of individuals and by the end of training they become an effective working team sharing a common vision.

Intrapreneurship: a global model with practical application
The Venture Center's intrapreneurship training program is based on information of work done by Gifford Pinchot, author of the international bestseller INTRAPRENEURING, and the handbook he created with Ron Pellman, "Intrapreneuring in Action." We augment these works with real-life experience from current entrepreneurs, provide the insight of entrepreneurial ventures nationwide and link to national speakers and experts in creative visioning.
